Job Description
Together with another Co-Coordinator, this individual will share the following responsibilities: develop an alternative education program designed to stimulate student cultural and social self-awareness; initiate multicultural dialogue, create an environment for student communities to explore cultural motivations for academic success and to provide access to educational, academic skills and Internet resources; investigate ways to increase multicultural representation and enhance student graduation grievances, providing student access to due process. Given the nature of student life, Co-coordinators share the necessary evening and weekend time commitments.

Job Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Master's or terminal degree in an appropriate discipline (e.g., social or behavioral science, student personnel, student development, higher education, etc.). Experience in multicultural programming and/or counseling is preferred.
Salary
43,445 - 45,000 with an excellent fringe benefits package
