Job Description
We seek a hands on manager to run a newly established organic & MIG R&D farm. The goal of the farm is to generate positive cash flow from its products in 5 years and utilize MIG and grass finishing techniques to generate consumer demand for rare breeds of livestock: cattle, swine, poultry, goats, and rabbits.
Responsibilities: Work with geneticists/ researchers generate new concepts for soil, grass, food chemistry, resulting in nutritional value.
Job Qualifications
Must have MIG experience.
Ability to hire/manage staff.
Comfortable in R&D environments.
Comfortable with and understand high end markets for consumer products.
