Job Description
- Provide programmatic and administrative leadership for the full integration of 4-H Military programs into the ongoing 4-H youth development program
- Provide leadership to development of strategies for developing statewide and community partnerships that support and enhance 4-H Military programs on active duty installations and in National Guard and Army Reserve Units
- Provide training for 4-H and military youth development staff that support OMK and 4-H Military Club program

Job Qualifications
- Earned Bachelor's degree in youth development, family studies, education or related field
- Candidates must have proven educational leadership abilities and demonstrated program management skills to work with faculty, volunteers, and community partners in designing, implementing, and evaluating an Extension program consistent with the needs and opportunities of Maryland
- Demonstrated ability in planning and conducting informal educational outreach programs
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse individuals in a variety of settings
- Master's degree or minimum four years work experience in related field preferred
