Job Description
Analyze legislation referred to assigned standing committees. Develops and drafts new proposals as required by Legislators and Supervisor. Conducts research projects as required. Prepares memoranda and other materials to assist members in responding to constituent inquiries, preparing for meetings, floor debates, etc. Experience in Agriculture/ Environmental Conservation or Public Health areas a plus.
Job Qualifications
Master's Degree preferred. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills are essential.
Salary
36,000 Commensurate with qualifications and experience of candidate
