Job Description
Responsible for providing in-depth program leadership for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the 4-H Youth Development Program. Participate as an active member of the association program management team in developing a well-integrated overall association educational effort. Provide leadership and coordination and effectively manage volunteer personnel including 4-H club leaders, short-term volunteers, teen leaders, middle management volunteers and program development committees.

Job Qualifications
Masters degree required. Areas of concentration must include education, human development, natural resources or related areas. Two years of youth development education experience in Cooperative Extension or other youth development organizations. Demonstrated leadership and managerial abilities.
Coursework in youth development, educational methods, program development, volunteer management, management or organizational development is highly desirable.
