Job Description

NRG has a two-year position for a Project Associate to assist with the design development and planning for a salt marsh restoration project at Soundview Park in the Bronx. The successful candidate will help manage all aspects of this project under the guidance of the project manager and will work with multiple divisions within the Parks Department, outside agencies, and community groups to complete the project.

Job Qualifications

- BA, BS, or MS in biology, conservation biology, environmental science, ecology, or a related field
- Experience in field ecology and monitoring, and monitoring design and project management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on multi-faceted projects
