Job Description
Full time position to perform all duties associated with ITS student employment and student support services. This includes developing and maintaining consistent student employment policies and procedures with ITS full time area supervisors, student managers, student employees, and college departments; providing support for computer network, telecommunications, hardware, software applications, and Ithaca College information systems with a focus on students including the public computer labs. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Ithaca College computing environment, including an in-depth knowledge of supported technology, educational services, and operating standards of Ithaca College's computer services.

Job Qualifications
Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a computer/user support environment; strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; good working knowledge of software packages and hardware systems; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with the campus community in a tactful, patient, and courteous manner; demonstrated ability to work with problems and implement solutions required. A bachelor's degree and previous experience working in a college or university setting providing user support preferred.
