Job Description

Promote Job Locator Developer service to students and employers. Assist in all aspects of employer relations. Conduct one on one vocational counseling sessions, including conducting vocational assessment using various instruments, practice interviewing, critiquing resumes, and developing job search strategies. Presenting workshops on various topics including interviewing skills, business etiquette, using the UB Online Career Office. Assist in collection, tabulation, and analysis of outcomes information for Financial Aid, Career Services and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Master's Degree required in Higher Education, College Student Personnel, Human Resources or Vocational counseling required. One or more years of experience in career planning and placement or related field including work in employer development is required. Some computer experience is required.
