Job Description
In this position, you will assist our R&D Team with the execution of bench top and pilot plant experiments including recording formulas and procedures in R&D log, setting up trials, and analyzing ingredients. You will be responsible for assisting in pilot plant operations including testing incoming ingredients, weighing and batching ingredients, and executing cup yogurt experiments at bench and pilot plant stages. You will also evaluate al R&D prototype experiments through sensory analysis and by analytical methods. Additionally, you will perform general laboratory maintenance including cleaning and sanitation of R&D Application and Pilot Plant Laboratories, stocking laboratory supplies, and stocking ingredients for experiments.
Job Qualifications
You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, good math and communication skills and have the ability to take direction and work independently. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office also required. Initiative, teamwork and the ability to work flexible hours are a must!
