Job Description
In this position, you will oversee the quality performance of all contract-manufacturing operations with respect to product and process quality specifications, GMP, food safety and established manufacturing protocols. You will supervise and coordinate and analysis of of all co-packed finished product samples arriving at the company, to include organoleptic, physical, chemical, and microbiological attributes. You will also be responsible for the audit and inspection of all co-pack facilities with very regular frequency, which will require extreme flexibility with work schedules. Momentary notice of a need to travel should be expected.

Job Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Life or Food Science, with at least 2 years quality control experience in dairy/food industry. If you have extensive computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, are able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and most importantly, are a team player, this may be the position for you.
