Job Description
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a cattle business in a framework of shared accountability for managing the business to achieve high market share performance and to sales growth in excess of the market. This position will have full P&L responsibility for the Beef Business. This position will be responsible for recruitment and development of top talent into all levels of the business unit, and will also be closely involved in cross-functional teams with key beef customers. This position will further be responsible for creating sustainable future growth by providing direction into future portfolio additions coming driven through business development and internal programs.

Job Qualifications
A degree in Animal Science or related discipline. Preference given to candidates with practical experience in the beef cattle industry.
