Job Description
Intern position - full time or part time
-Due Diligence: due diligence confirmation calls, review of loan due diligence documents, working with financial models
-Loan Marketing: calling borrower prospects from database to determine interest, being a first point of contact to borrower inquiries
-Loan Monitoring: booking and confirming loan documents and leases, maintaining document database, reviewing work of our loan servicer
-Administrative: customizing and putting together presentation books, photocopying, bill paying, picking up mail
Job Qualifications
Recent College Graduate or Current Student (Junior or Senior ONLY) with strong GPA from a top school. You must be a proactive, self starter with strong intellectual curiosity, have very strong written and oral communication skills, and have strong organizational capabilities - there will be plenty of multitasking. Prior financial experience preferred, though not required. Business major preferred.
