Job Description
The assistant will advise the Student Activities Board, develop and administer the College's Leadership programs, coordinate major weekend events such as Welcome Week, Parents Weekend, Homecoming and Cortland Nites. The successful candidate will lead campus groups, train new officers, develop, implement, and coordinate activities and leadership programs in an inclusive manner to serve all our student clubs and campus groups.

Job Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree, master's preferred minimum of two years professional experience in a student affairs or related environment, experience and success advising student groups, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work as a member of a team, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the demonstrated leadership ability to build and develop college programs, organizations, and student leaders.
