Job Description
- Oversee the safe, timely, and cost effective execution of maintenance activities in a fast paced environment working with planners, technicians, and customers
- Supervise production workforce (brewers and maintenance technicians)
- Monitor all critical control points to ensure consistency and the quality of all products
- Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance work
- Develop and monitor critical control points, beer movement and production plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedules
- Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), safe working practices, department policies, and maintain records

- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Fermentation Science, Food Science and Human Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering). Other science and engineering curriculums considered.
