Job Description
Responsibility Overview: Develop, implement, and monitor reproduction and genetic protocols to position our members' herds for sustainable profits, while increasing Genex growth and position in the market.
Duties Include:
-Travel to, and work in a consultative role with a wide array of farm operations
-Achieve annual sales goals for Dairy and Beef
-Develop, implement, and monitor herd reproductive and genetic protocols
-Perform daily insemination and heat observation/detection
-Data entry into on-farm herd records
-Achieve compliance standards for insemination and shot protocols
-Work with team members to increase productivity and efficiency for Genex
-Utilizing the greatest technology, implement a variety of Genex programs that maximize members' profits (mating, genetic selection, progeny testing, herd analysis)

Job Qualifications
-Two-year animal science/ag business degree or equal on-farm experience
-Ability to work flexible schedule for both days and hours
-Maintain clean driver's license and reliable vehicle
-Demonstrate excellent teamwork and personal interaction skills
-Committed to continued education and personal development
-Able to work without close day-to-day supervision, and to make independent decisions
