CALS Capital Projects and Facilities and Services (CP&FS) oversees/coordinates land use management, facility management, renovation, and construction for CALS facilities, including strategic planning, building operations, space planning, facilities inventory, budget development, resource projections, and scheduling. CALS CP&FS works in close cooperation with College departments, Contract Colleges Facilities, and Facilities Services amongst many other important stakeholders.

Buildings & Properties, NYSAES
The Buildings & Properties unit at the NYS Agricultural Experiment Station is responsible for maintaining and expanding the Geneva campus and its facilities to the highest possible standards. B&P also provides support services, such as greenhouse care and a vehicle fleet, to the researchers at the Station.
Occupational and Environmental Health
The Occupational and Environmental Health (OEH) Program addresses the workplace health and safety needs of CALS faculty, staff, and students and environmental stewardship of College farms and greenhouses. Areas of program emphasis are proper management of pesticides for the University and farm safety for the College. The program also provides assistance with a variety of other safety, health, and environmental issues found in agricultural research.
The staff in CALS Capital Projects & Facilities Services work closely with greenhouse managers and facilities personnel to ensure that:
CALS greenhouses are managed according to Best Management Practices. CALS/Ithaca greenhouses operate under a policy approved by faculty. CALS/Geneva greenhouses use standard operating procedures.
